Nonstop servers are widely used in Japan for systems requiring high availability, such as credit card systems and payment networks. While technical expertise and operational know-how are needed for the development and operations of Nonstop, companies are facing a shortage of human resources, and engineers are aging. Therefore, acquiring new talent and accumulating and transferring know-how remain key challenges.

In response, Nonstop Community for Generative AI utilization has been launched in Japan. This session will introduce the community, outline the current discussions, and share the outlook for the future.
