Connect does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attendees of Connect-sponsored conferences. We can, however, issue a Visa Support Letter to assist with your visa application.
Please plan your travel well and allow plenty of time to apply for a visa. Most travelers will need a Business Visa. The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs offers travelers a Visa Wizard to assist you in determining your visa needs. If you have specific questions about obtaining a visa, contact the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Visa Services at http://travel.state.gov/.
Connect can provide visa support letters to attendees, presenters with scheduled and confirmed presentations, or registered exhibiting personnel. Connect does not provide letters for the transport of vendor or presenter equipment.
