After the city is decided, a venue is next to be obtained. We conduct research to find venues that meet our needs, considering everything from convention hall size to surrounding entertainment/dining. The location for TBC changes yearly, and the decision for each year’s location is typically made in the summer months the year prior. So, for 2026 TBC, the decision to take it to Florida was made by July of 2025.
