Terms and Conditions of Registration
1. Agreement to Terms
By completing registration for the Nonstop Technical and Business Conference (hereinafter “TBC” or “the Conference”), you (“Attendee” or “Speaker”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Connect Worldwide (“Connect,” “we,” or “us”), a nonprofit organization. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.
2. Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Categories
Registration is offered in the following categories. Each registrant is responsible for selecting the correct category. Connect reserves the right to adjust or cancel registrations submitted under an incorrect category.
Customer Registration (Early Bird): $895.00 + applicable fee. Available through August 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM. For HPE NonStop customers.
Non-Exhibiting Partner Registration (Early Bird): $995.00 + applicable fee. Available through August 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM. For non-exhibiting partners.
HPE Employee Registration: $895.00 + applicable fee. Available through September 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM. For HPE employees only.
Partner Plus Registration: $895.00 + applicable fee. Available through September 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM. For exhibiting partners registering additional staff members.
Early bird pricing expires on August 24, 2026. Standard pricing applies to registrations completed after that date and time. All prices are in USD. Platform processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
2.2 Registration Platform
Registration is processed through Whova event management software. By registering, you also agree to any applicable terms of service imposed by Whova for use of their platform. Connect is not responsible for platform outages, technical failures, or errors originating with Whova.
2.3 Referral Program
The Conference includes an optional referral program. Referral codes are issued to registered attendees after registration is complete. Connect makes no guarantees regarding referral contest outcomes and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and processed. Connect accepts payment via the methods available through the Whova registration platform. All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable platform fees are charged by Whova and are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Attendee Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@connect-community.org. Refunds are not guaranteed, and are decided on a case by case basis. Platform processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4.2 Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another eligible individual within the same registration category prior to August 24, 2026. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@connect-community.org and include the full name, title, company, and contact information of the substitute attendee. Transfers are subject to Connect approval and may not be possible in all cases.
4.3 Conference Cancellation or Modification by Connect
Connect reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, venue failures, or other force majeure events. In the event of a full cancellation by Connect, registered attendees will receive a refund of registration fees paid, less non-refundable platform fees. Connect is not responsible for any incidental or consequential costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or transportation expenses.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Expected Behavior
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and Connect staff are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Conference, including at all official and unofficial Conference events and in all digital communication channels associated with the event.
Expected behavior includes:
- Treating all participants with respect regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, age, or other protected characteristics
- Engaging in professional and constructive dialogue during sessions and networking activities
- Respecting the physical space and property of the venue, other attendees, and Connect
- Complying with all venue rules and applicable laws
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in removal from the Conference without refund, at Connect’s sole discretion:
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior of any kind
- Discriminatory language or conduct directed at any individual or group
- Unauthorized solicitation, recruiting, or commercial activity outside of designated sponsor or exhibitor areas
- Theft, vandalism, or intentional damage to venue or attendee property
- Any conduct that disrupts sessions, presentations, or Conference operations
- Violation of applicable local, state, or federal laws
5.3 Reporting
Incidents of prohibited conduct should be reported to Connect staff as soon as possible. Connect will investigate reported incidents and take action at its discretion, up to and including removal of the individual from the Conference without refund. Connect is not obligated to report incidents to law enforcement unless required by law.
6. Photography, Video, and Recording Policy
6.1 Consent to Recording by Connect
By attending the Conference, you acknowledge and agree that Connect and its authorized contractors may photograph, record audio, record video, and livestream sessions and Conference activities. Such recordings may be used for promotional, archival, educational, and organizational purposes, including but not limited to publication on Connect’s websites, social media channels, and member communications. No compensation will be paid for such use.
6.2 Attendee Photography and Recording
Attendees may photograph and record sessions and Conference activities for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following:
- Recording of sessions is permitted unless the speaker or Connect staff explicitly designates a session as no-recording. Such designations must be respected immediately upon notice.
- Attendees must not interfere with official Conference recording operations.
- Photographs or recordings that capture other individuals should be taken and used respectfully. Attendees should not publish photographs or recordings of other individuals in a context that would be embarrassing, harassing, or damaging to those individuals.
- Recording of private conversations, 1:1 meetings, or closed-door sessions is prohibited without the explicit consent of all parties.
6.3 Speaker and Presenter Content
Speakers and presenters retain ownership of their presentation content. Attendee recording of presentations does not grant any license to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit speaker content. Requests to record and distribute speaker presentations beyond personal use must be made directly to the speaker.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Conference Materials
All Conference materials produced by Connect, including but not limited to programs, schedules, promotional content, and recordings made by Connect, are the property of Connect Worldwide. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent from Connect.
7.2 Speaker and Presenter Content
Speakers and presenters retain all intellectual property rights in their session content, slides, materials, and presentations. By submitting a proposal and participating as a speaker at TBC, you grant Connect Worldwide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Record, reproduce, and archive your session for Connect’s internal records and member access
- Use your name, likeness, title, organization, and session title in Conference promotional and post-event materials
- Publish session recordings or summaries to Connect’s member-facing platforms
You represent and warrant that your session content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, does not contain confidential or proprietary information disclosed without authorization, and complies with all applicable laws.
7.3 Attendee-Generated Content
Any content submitted by attendees through Conference platforms, including questions, comments, or feedback submitted via Whova or other Conference tools, may be used by Connect for event improvement purposes. Connect will not attribute such content publicly without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connect Worldwide, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your attendance at or participation in the Conference, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, travel disruptions, or loss of business opportunity.
Connect’s total liability to any attendee or speaker for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of registration fees paid by that individual for the Conference.
Attendees assume all risk associated with attendance at the Conference, including risks associated with travel, in-person gatherings, and use of Conference facilities. Connect is not responsible for personal injury or property loss occurring at the Conference venue. Attendees are encouraged to maintain their own travel and health insurance.
9. Privacy and Data Use
By registering for the Conference, you consent to Connect collecting and using your registration information (name, title, organization, contact information, and registration category) for the purposes of Conference management, attendee communications, and Connect member services.
Connect does not sell personal information to third parties. Registration data may be shared with the Conference venue, Whova, and Connect’s service providers as necessary to operate the event. Connect’s data practices are governed by applicable law, including applicable provisions of Texas law.

10. Health and Safety
Attendees are expected to comply with any health and safety requirements in effect at the Conference venue and any requirements imposed by Connect, local authorities, or applicable law at the time of the event. Connect reserves the right to implement or modify health and safety protocols prior to or during the Conference, including but not limited to entry requirements, masking, or capacity adjustments, in response to public health guidance.
Attendees who are ill are encouraged to prioritize the health of other participants and to contact Connect to discuss their registration options.
Attendees assume personal responsibility for their safety and wellbeing throughout the Conference. Connect does not provide special dietary accommodations; attendees with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical dietary requirements should plan independently.
11. Changes to These Terms
Connect reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at https://nonstoptbc.com/terms and, where material changes are made, communicated to registered attendees via the email address provided at registration. Continued participation in the Conference following notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
