Individual Registration

• Payment: Individual NonStop TBC passes (must be paid by credit card online at registration. We do not issue invoices for individual event registrations.
  
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations for a full refund are permitted until 5:00 pm ET on September 8, 2025. No refunds or rollovers are given for cancellations after 5:00 pm ET on September 15, 2025, or for event no-shows. If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to Connect Worldwide via email at info@connect-community.org before the deadline date and time. Substitutions are allowed anytime; please contact us to change the applicable registration details.
  
• Products Included in the NonStop TBC Registration: NonStop TBC passes are valid for the three regular conference days for a single individual; the regular, three-day conference begins with the evening Welcome Reception on Monday, September 15, and concludes the afternoon of Thursday, September 18. A regular conference pass includes full access to all keynotes, conference sessions, breakfasts and lunches, and officially organized social activities. (On occasion, our sponsors hold VIP events that Connect (or Connect staff) does not organize. Please see those sponsors for details on how you can attend their invite-only events.)
  
• Single Day and Shared Passes: Single-day and single-session passes may be available in the registration menu. Conference passes may not be split between individuals.
  
• Promotions: Occasionally, we issue limited-availability discounts and incentive promotions. Such promotions only apply to qualifying individuals for products, and only one promotion may be used per purchase. Discounts may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases or extended beyond the expiration date.
  
• Admittance: In our sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.

Group Registration

• Qualification and Payment: Groups registering by invoice must submit payment within 30 days of the invoice date or before September 8, 2025. Group members will not be allowed within the designated event site—including workshops, session rooms, sponsor exhibit hall, or social activity areas—until the group invoice is paid in full. If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, the group’s registration will be canceled.
  
• Cancellations and Refunds: A group may cancel its registration no later than 5:00 pm ET on September 8, 2025.
